What is this?
The Oregon Clean Fuels Program (CFP) credit price reflects the per-tonne CO2-equivalent value of compliance credits in the Oregon program. The CFP launched on 2016-01-01 and was expanded by the 2022 rulemaking. Credits are reported quarterly by Oregon DEQ.
