Terms of Service
These terms apply to RFS Intelligence Dashboard, including the public dashboard and the Pro subscription.
About this service
RFS Intelligence Dashboard publishes biofuels and Renewable Fuel Standard reference data from public regulatory and government sources. The public dashboard includes selected price history, a WPSR biofuels digest, and source links. The Pro subscription adds account access and subscription status for the closed beta.
The service is informational. It does not provide regulated financial, investment, tax, legal, or compliance advice. Users remain responsible for checking source documents and applying their own professional judgment.
Who can use this service
The service is available to business users and individual consumers in the European Union and outside the European Union where access is lawful. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a subscription agreement.
You may use the service for your internal research, monitoring, and reference workflows. You may not use the service where doing so would breach laws that apply to you or to your organization.
Subscription, billing, and renewal
Pro is priced at €19 per month for Founding Member accounts. Polar.sh acts as Merchant of Record for checkout, payment method storage, invoices, VAT handling, and applicable tax administration for B2B and B2C subscriptions.
Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Pro access remains active until that period ends unless access is revoked for fraud, abuse, payment reversal, or a legal requirement.
Digital delivery and EU withdrawal-right waiver
Pro access is delivered digitally after checkout and account entitlement processing. Because access starts immediately, EU consumers must provide explicit consent at checkout before the 14-day withdrawal period ends.
The required checkout consent is: I consent to immediate digital delivery of access to RFS Intelligence Dashboard Pro and acknowledge that, by starting access before the 14-day EU withdrawal period ends, I waive my right to withdraw under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m)).
Acceptable use
You may not scrape, crawl, bulk download, copy, redistribute, or republish substantial parts of the service or its derived datasets without written permission. You may not share account credentials or bypass entitlement checks.
You may not present the service output as regulated financial advice, market advice, or an instruction from RFS Intelligence Dashboard. You may not remove source attribution when using factual excerpts in internal work.
Data, sources, and accuracy disclaimer
The service uses public sources including EIA, EPA, USDA, and other public regulatory or government materials. Values may be delayed, revised, missing, or affected by source publication changes. Any calculated fields are estimates based on the inputs available at render or ingest time.
No warranty is given that any dataset, estimate, chart, digest, or calculated field is complete, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular commercial decision. Users should verify important figures against the linked public source documents.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for ordinary claims relating to the service is capped at the fees paid for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
EU Product Liability Directive 2024/2853 is effective from 2026-12-09. Nothing in these terms excludes strict liability for software defects where that liability cannot be waived. Data content itself is not treated as a product under that directive, but software behavior is handled with the legal standard that applies at the time.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. Pro subscriptions can be canceled through the Polar customer portal. Access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period after cancellation.
Access may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, abuse, credential sharing, attempts to bypass technical controls, unlawful use, or material breach of these terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in the user's country of residence. Courts in the Netherlands have jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides another forum.
